Migrating to KORE's Status Page

You can use KORE's Status Page to:
View real-time updates about any active incidents
Check if there are any upcoming maintenance events to be aware of
Review details about past incidents
Subscribe to email notifications to receive updates about incidents and maintenance events
If you ever experience any issues with your Super SIMs or Programmable Wireless SIMs, you can quickly check the status page to see if there are any active incidents that could be the cause. If you're experiencing a problem but there's no active incident or you can't tell if the incident is related to the issue you're having, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
Anyone can view KORE's Status Page. Just go to status.korewireless.com.
Active incidents will be visible immediately when you land on the Status Page. You can expand an incident to see a timeline with updates from our team.
To see a history of past incidents for a product, click the product name to be taken to a more detailed page.
You can subscribe to email notifications about new incidents and updates to active ones so you have the most up to date information about any issues.
While you can use Twilio's status page to configure updates through multiple channels, KORE only supports notifications via email.
To setup a subscription, you need to first be logged in.
For the best experience, log into the KORE Console first and then go the Status Page.
You'll see "Welcome <your_name>!" in the upper right corner instead of a login button when viewing the Status Page if you're logged in.
Next, go to the status page for the product you want to receive notifications, such as Super SIM's.
Look for the "Service Status Updates" component on the screen.
Click the "Subscribe to Updates" button to enroll in receiving updates about that product. After you do that, it should update and look like this:
You should receive an email notifying you that you're now subscribed.
The email address of the logged in user will always be used when you subscribe to updates.
You may want to receive notifications through tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams or to a shared inbox for your team. We currently always take the email of the logged in user to setup a subscription. To have notifications sent to a shared inbox or to these applications, you can invite those emails as users to your account. Accept the invite sent to the email address and set a password for the user. Now that you're logged in as a user with that application or shared email address, go to the Status Page and subscribe for updates. You should get the confirmation email that you're now subscribed to your application or shared inbox.
If this workaround does not work for your team due to user management concerns or any other reasons, we'd like to hear from you. Please contact our support team.
