Hello,
You are receiving this message because you use Super SIM or Programmable Wireless.
As a user of these products, you’re likely aware that in June 2023. Since then, we have been migrating our infrastructure and operations from Twilio to KORE. As we prepare to complete our transition activities, completely decoupling our systems from Twilio, you will need to make updates to your applications to continue using Super SIM and Programmable Wireless. This advisory is meant to make you aware of important concepts and intended changes that you may need to plan for.
There are 2 critical deadlines that you should use for planning your development work and allocation of resources: November 1, 2024, and May 1, 2025.
By November 1, 2024, you will need to make changes if you:

By May 1, 2025, you will need to have migrated from using Twilio’s and REST APIs to using APIs offered by KORE. After this date, requests to the Twilio REST APIs will fail.
