Hello, You are receiving this message because you are a user of Super SIM Connection Events.

What do you need to know?

You are currently receiving your via Twilio’s Event Stream product. Twilio Event Streams was not part of the KORE acquisition. KORE has a similar near real-time through which you can receive Super SIM Connection Events. You must migrate to this replacement KORE service by November 1, 2024, to continue to receive all your events without interruption. You can receive events either though or as events. Twilio Event Streams offers Segment as a sink type; however, as previously communicated, this is not a destination type supported by KORE. We are publishing events to both KORE’s and Twilio’s services to help you migrate without losing any events. We will stop publishing Super SIM Connection Events through Twilio’s Event Streams beginning or shortly after November 1, 2024.

Why is this happening?

Super SIM Connection Events are delivered through a Twilio product that was not part of KORE’s acquisition of Twilio’s IoT business unit. We had to rebuild this feature at KORE.

What do you need to do?

To keep receiving your Super SIM Connection Events uninterrupted, you must configure a and create a to subscribe to Super SIM events. Once these have been created, you will begin receiving events from KORE. You can follow this for more details on how to configure these KORE resources and send . We are publishing the same events to through both KORE and Twilio’s services. To receive all events while you migrate, you will need to simultaneously receive events from both. You may need to dedupe your events, especially if you use them for usage aggregation or billing your customers. You can use the “event_sid” property, which will be the same on both the Twilio and KORE delivered events, to dedupe them. For more details on how to transition to KORE’s events, please use Once you are receiving your events form KORE and they are being properly handled by your application, you should delete your Super SIM Event Stream subscriptions at Twilio.

What happens if you do nothing?

We will stop publishing Super SIM Connection Events through Twilio Event Streams on or shortly after November 1, 2024. If you have not migrated to receiving these events from KORE, you will stop receiving Super SIM Connection Events. Events cannot be replayed. If you use these events for aggregating usage or billing your customers, you will miss vital events. If you have any questions, please contact your account executive or
