KORE Shop, API migration, Programmable Wireless Console - January 2025
The following advisory was sent to customers using Super SIM and Programmable Wireless on January 30, 2025.
You are receiving this message because you use Super SIM or Programmable Wireless.
KORE Shop
You can now order Super SIM and Programmable Wireless SIM hardware through KORE Shop, our new ordering portal replacing the Twilio Console. KORE Shop is accessible directly or via the KORE Console. We recommend reviewing our articles to familiarize yourself with KORE Shop and ensure the right team members have access before February 20, 2025, after which we will begin disabling functionality in the Twilio Console.
API migration reminder and OpenAPI documentation
As previously communicated, if you use Twilio’s REST APIs to manage your SIMs, you must complete your migration to KORE’s REST APIs by May 1, 2025. If you have not done so already, review the KORE API reference to familiarize yourself with the new API endpoints. We have created a how-to guide on generating OpenAPI clients using KORE’s OpenAPI specification file. Using OpenAPI clients is the recommended way to migrate to KORE’s APIs if you are currently using Twilio libraries. Do not delay—start your migration today to ensure you can continue to manage your SIMs without interruption. Additional resources:

Programmable Wireless Console now available
This section only applies to you if you use Programmable Wireless, Twilio IoT's first cellular connectivity product. If you only use Super SIM, you can disregard this section.
You can now manage your Programmable Wireless SIMs in the new KORE Programmable Wireless Console. With both Super SIM and Programmable Wireless Consoles available at KORE, invite your teammates using the KORE Console, and start using it instead of Twilio, which will be unavailable after February 20, 2025. To ensure that we complete the transition of services from Twilio by an upcoming deadline, we have released the Programmable Wireless Console to you now so you can begin familiarizing yourself. While it supports nearly all the functionality as the Programmable Wireless section of the Twilio Console, there are still some known issues that the team is continuing to work on. We intend to fix these known issues before the February 20, 2025, deadline.
Refer to our KORE Documentation Hub for additional information on console migration and copies of all Twilio IoT acquisition advisories. Should you have any questions or concerns or need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. If you do not know your account manager, please contact us.
