Migrating to SIM Ordering at KORE

You can now start ordering SIMs from KORE through the KORE Shop.
After February 20th, SIM ordering and order history will no longer be available through the Twilio IoT Console, which will only be available through the KORE Shop. We strongly encourage you to start ordering SIMs through the KORE Shop.
SIM orders can be made by navigating to KORE Shop's Super SIM section. You will see variations of the Super SIM and its associated pricing there.
If you have any custom pricing, this will be reflected in the shop.
Select the SIM form factor you wish to purchase. For this guide, we will select the Multi-Size form factor.
Input the quantity you want to order. The subtotal will reflect the total price for this order.
Users are unable to place SIM orders larger than 10,000 SIMs. These orders must be drop shipped and follow a similar process to what you were used to with Twilio.
Contact your account representative or KORE's Support team.
Choose your purchase option:
Buy Now: Selecting the "Buy Now" button will take you to the checkout screen, where you can complete your purchase immediately.
Add to Cart: Choosing "Add to Cart" will add the selected product(s) to your shopping cart. This option allows you to gather multiple items in one place before proceeding to checkout. You can continue shopping and add more items to your cart.
For this guide, we will continue with the Buy Now option, which will take us to checkout.
If you had any previously saved addresses with Twilio, these addresses will not be transferred to KORE and need to be readded into the KORE Shop.
Shipping Address:
Choose your shipping address from the list of saved addresses.
If you don't have a saved address or want to ship to a new location, click the "New Address" button to add and save a new address.
Billing Address:
If your billing address differs from your shipping address, uncheck the "Use Same for Billing Address" checkbox.
You can then select an existing billing address or add a new one.
Save and Continue:
Once you have selected the addresses, click the "Save & Continue" button to proceed with your checkout.
This step may not be required if your cart contains only Super SIMs. However, if your cart includes other physical products that require shipping, the system will prompt you to select a shipping carrier and method.
We will only be ordering Super SIMs for this guide, so no additional shipping information is required.
In this step, you will have the opportunity to review your cart before proceeding with payment.
Once you are satisfied with your order, review it carefully and click "Agree" to confirm your acceptance of the terms and conditions.
If you wish to review the Terms of Use, click the "Usage Policy" link or navigate directly to KORE's Terms of Use.
To proceed with your checkout, click the "Save & Continue" button on the right side of the screen.
You can complete your payment using one of the following options:
Saved Credit Card: Use a previously saved credit card for a quick and seamless payment.
New Credit Card: Add a new credit card to proceed with the payment.
Bill to Account (if eligible): Select this option if you have a pre-approved payment terms agreement with KORE, such as Net 10, Net 15, or similar terms.
Once your payment is successfully processed, the checkout process will be finalized.
Order shipments are typically processed within 24 hours. However, certain situations, such as holiday seasons or weekends, may cause slight delays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.
Invoices are generated after the product is dispatched. Once the invoice is created, it will be emailed to the user's email who placed the order. Additionally, the invoice will be available for download through the order history page on the KORE Shop under the specific order and accessible after the item has been dispatched.
The invoice attached to the email will provide details such as:
Seller (KORE Wireless)
Destination
SKU
Price
Can I continue to place orders through the Twilio Console?
Orders can be placed in the KORE Shop and Twilio Console until February 20th, after which they can only be placed in the KORE Shop.
What is the maximum allowed order size?
KORE supports an order size of 10K SIMs. Anything beyond that requires a drop-ship request, which can be made by contacting your account representative or KORE's Support team.
Can I still order the same type of SIMs I had before?
Yes.
Can I see the order history for SIM orders I placed in Twilio Console?
No.
If I order from the KORE Shop, will the order ID appear on my Twilio Console?
No.
Can I place orders through an API?
No, this is currently not supported.
How can I clear customs with KORE SIMs?
All invoices for orders placed through the KORE Shop will be sent to the order's recipient's email address. Additionally, invoices can be downloaded from the order history page on the KORE Shop. These invoices can be used for customs clearance.
Can I place orders for my subaccounts?
Yes.
What Should I Do if I Encounter Issues While Placing an Order?
Congratulations! You will receive your KORE Super SIM in the mail. Upon delivery, follow the instructions on the back or visit the to start your IoT journey.
