Unable to find my Invoice for the order

If you're unable to find the invoice for your order, follow these steps:

  1. Check your Email inbox

    1. Once the invoice is approved, it will be sent to the registered email address.

    2. Invoices are usually sent as attachments to registered emails. Look in your inbox, spam, or junk folder.

  2. Login to KORE Shop

    1. Log in to your KORE Shop account and navigate to the Orders Page. You can download the invoice only after the order has been shipped.

    2. If the Orders page doesn't have the Invoice against the order that is in Shipped state,

  3. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

    1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try logging in again.

    2. Alternatively, try using a different browser or device.

  4. Contact Support

    If the issue persists, contact our customer support team. Provide details such as the error message and steps you've already tried.

    1. Contact Us: Visit our Shop portal and click the Contact Us form. Fill in the relevant information and submit the form.
