Who you are
Each user has a unique profile associated with them. They can navigate to the profile managementarrow-up-right screen to update details about themselves.
You can configure an avatar for your profile, which will be shown on the top menu bar as you navigate between KORE's platforms.
Select from the three options available, then select or add your file.
Adjust a picture or avatar selection using the frame tools, then select Update.
Update
You can update details about yourself like
first name
last name
phone number
You are unable to change your email at this time. Contact support for assistance.
