User roles and permissions
User roles
Owner
An owner is the main point of contact assigned during registration; the owner is the user who completes registration. There can be only one owner, and ownership can be transferred. A user can be an owner of multiple accounts.
Admin
An admin has similar permissions to the owner, and an account can have multiple admins. An owner or other admins can invite an admin.
Developer
A developer has permissions similar to the admin but cannot manage (account settings, users, and billing).
Default
The default role is view only in the KORE Console. The user can edit their profile but will be limited to viewing access for all other functions.
Other products may further define this role. Review their respective documentation for more details.

Change user role
Refer to the permissions grid to ensure you can change a user role.
You cannot change your own role.
Select the account in which you want to change the user's access.
Select the Users menu, then select the user from the name column.
Select the new role from the list, and then select Save.
A success confirmation message will display, and the user profile screen will be updated with the new role. Note: You can update their role, but all other information is locked. The user will also receive an email notifying them of their role in which account has been changed.
