Each user has a unique profile associated with them.
Select My Profile from the menu next to your name to review or update your profile information.
The profile dashboard includes basic information about your profile.
Your picture or avatar if you choose to add one. Note: This will show on all accounts.
Name
Your first and last name
Additional tabs
Additional options include: * Dashboard - main page * Profile - your name, phone, and email * Security - reset password and MFA options
Invitations
Links to any invitations you have received and not responded to.
You can add an avatar or picture to your profile, which will be shown on the top menu bar as you navigate between all KORE platforms.
Select one of the three options to add the image.
Review your image on the Profile page and the header. Edit the image again if it does not display properly.
The profile information is automatically loaded from your original registration.
You can update the following fields from this page:
First name
Last name
Phone
The security tab allows you to reset your password and MFA options.
Your email is listed for confirmation. Select the Send reset password link; the system will display a confirmation message when the email is sent. The email link expires in 30 minutes. Note: If this email is used for other KORE platforms (ConnectivityPro, SecurityPro), that password will also be changed.

Authenticator Apps
Allows you to select an authenticator app on your phone to log in. The system will not display which app you select for security. The first time you log in after you select this option, it will display a QR code to scan on your phone. Select the app you want to use for MFA authentication.
Note: If you forget which authentication app you selected, contact Global Technical Support. Your MFA selection will then be switched to email, allowing you to log in and reassign an authention app.
Select the edit button from the avatar icon on the Dashboard.
Align the image to fit using the frame tools, then select Update.
Role change - refer to Transfer account ownership or Email - You cannot change your email. Contact Global Technical Support for email changes.
