The KORE OmniSIM service type provides eSIM connectivity. Refer to the eSIM coverage map for coverage details.

If usage is blocked, the SIM will moved to suspended with charge.

SIM states

The SIM states are listed in lifecycle order. Some states may not be available depending on your contract terms.

State	Exceptions
Stock
Test	Test state availability and configuration are dependent on your contract. The configuration settings are available on the Account menu (Account > Service Agreement > Service Type).
Ready	Ready state availability and configuration are dependent on your contract. The configuration settings are available on the Account menu (Account > Service Agreement > Service Type).
Active
Suspended with charge	Suspended with charge is dependent on your contract. The configuration settings are available under the Account menu. SIMs can stay in this state indefinitely for an additional charge. IP address - APNs managed by KORE will lose their IP address. Contact Support to verify if needed. Activate - you can activate SIMs.
Pending scrap	SIMs will automatically transfer to scrapped after 1 day. Activate - you cannot active SIMs.
Scrapped	SIMs are no longer available for use.
