Unable to remove your Super SIM from its Fleet

Description

Your Super SIM must be assigned to a Fleet while it is in status ‘ready' or ‘active'.

Possible Causes

  • The Super SIM is in status ready or active, and must belong to a Fleet.

Possible Solutions

  • If you want to change your Super SIM's Fleet while it is in status ready or active, you need to provide an alternative Fleet in the request.

  • Update the Super SIM's status to inactive. This can be done either as a separate update request or in the same request as removing the Fleet.
