# Order never recieved

1. **Check your Order Status**
   1. Log in to your account and go to **"Orders Page"** to check the latest tracking updates.
   2. If the order is marked **"Shipped"**, it may still arrive soon.

   1. Check your email inbox for the order confirmation email.
   2. Ensure your shipping address is correct in your order confirmation email.
