# 83604

## Description <a href="#description" id="description"></a>

Requests for Usage Records with granularity "all" may only query up to 18 months of data, granularity "day" may query up to 3 months of data, and granularity "hour" may query up to 31 days of data.

## Possible Causes <a href="#possible-causes" id="possible-causes"></a>

* This happens if you request Usage Records with StartTime or EndTime parameters defining a time range exceeding the maximum allowed threshold for a given Granularity.

## Possible Solutions <a href="#possible-solutions" id="possible-solutions"></a>

* Adjust your StartTime or EndTime parameters so that the time range is less than or equal to the threshold allowed for the desired Granularity.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.korewireless.com/errors/83604.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.
