* The SIM that sent the command is not in ready or active status.&#x20;
* The rate plan associated with the SIM does not have commands enabled.
* Breakout commands from SIMs are permitted only for Narrowband SIMs.

* When sending commands from a SIM, ensure that the SIM is in ready or active status.&#x20;
* When sending commands from a SIM, ensure that the rate plan associated with the SIM has.
