## Possible Causes <a href="#not-found-1" id="not-found-1"></a>

* When activating a SIM that is not compatible with the selected rate plan.
* When changing a SIM’s status to an invalid value.

## Possible Solutions <a href="#not-found-2" id="not-found-2"></a>

* When activating a SIM, ensure that it is compatible with the rate plan (for example, the rate plan allows international data roaming, and the SIM supports it).
