Raised when an update is requested while another update is already in progress.

## Possible Causes <a href="#not-found-1" id="not-found-1"></a>

A SIM’s status or Rate Plan cannot be changed while another update is in progress.

## Possible Solutions <a href="#not-found-2" id="not-found-2"></a>

Make sure no update is currently in progress for the SIM. If the SIM status is scheduled or updating, wait for the update to finish before changing the SIM status or Rate Plan.
