You are trying to create a child account and providing an invalid account SID.
## Possible Causes
* The account SID is in use already
* The account SID format is incorrect
## Possible Solutions
* Review the format of the account SID you entered
* Review if you have already used the account SID before
* Enter a new account SID
* If this is a continuous experience, please contact KORE Support.
